Holding a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a concentration in Psychology, and with over a decade of advanced training—including Massage Therapy, Chinese Medical Theory, and more than a dozen certifications in mind-body therapies—Jami has built a reputation for excellence among professional athletes, luxury spa clientele, and those seeking lasting recovery from chronic pain and stress.

After years working in downtown Minneapolis and consistently hearing the same request from her New York City–based clients—“When are you coming to Manhattan?”—Jami expanded MEND’s services to Manhattan to better support her traveling and NYC clientele.

Her background spans elite hotel spas, high-performance sports recovery, and integrative therapeutic work, shaping MEND’s multi-disciplinary approach that combines technical precision with nervous system restoration. As the leader of a hand-selected team of exceptional massage therapists, Jami is committed to setting the industry standard for skill, professionalism, and client experience.
